I think 1986 was the year they were initially offered in the US, but it might have been 85. I have photos and price quotes from the US distrributer, but they seemed kinda unprofessional, so the shop I worked in didn't do business with them and I personally opted for a DeRosa. The color schemes were kinda lame.
