To see pics, go to the Bob jackson album on http://au.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/gts753/my_photos . The bike has seen almost zero miles and paint, chrome, decals and running gear are perfect. I know there are Bob Jackson and Hetchins experts out there, either lurking or contributing. I intend keeping this bike and would like to know if anyone can enlighten me on its place in the plan of all things Bob Jackson. Such nice touches as the titanium cluster, leather stitched bar covering and the best available (at its time) group just makes me wonder if this was anything out of the ordinary. >>

..anything out of the ordinary? Indeed. It looks like a showbike. Do you not have any clue as for whom it was made?

I wonder if this is what became the "Legend" model. It appears to have slightly fewer tacked-on lug extension bits when compared to the Legend model. Note the bike pictured has "elaborations" on the front of the head lugs as well...

And yours is not the hand cut lugs of the Super Legend:

But obviously yours is a very fancy model.. Best not to ride that aluminum freewheel too often!
