It shows little use, and may be was removed from a brand new bike (???) The silver paint has some chips/scratches, but it is fully chromed and the chrome is in great condition!!! Suntour GS droupouts have threaded eyes. Built for 700C wheel with normal reach nutted brakes, or short with drop center bolt. English threads. See photos for steerer tube length (estimate 56-57 frame size use).
