Subject: [CR]Falcon Model 76

For all Falcon Fans, I have just acquired a Model 76 San Remo Professional, according to the Barton guy, Jack Dimoline (83 and looks 63), who built them up. It was a distressed sale at a local jumble and has chrome head lugs and forks and rear end. The rest is hand painted red. I believe it is a sloping fork (Italian) 1969ish model and would appreciate confirmation, as I suspect most Falcon experts in CR are on the west side of the Atlantic. I can send jpegs to anyone with 'the knowledge'. Most components are Campag though the brakes are Mafac side pull (perhaps not original) and the chainset is Stronglight. The paint colour should, I believe, be azure blue, based on the few Falcon catalogues I have. Lovely bike to ride handsoff, but wants to go! If 1969 through 1973, Barton built, if later, Brigg, Grrr, foreign parts! 8 miles away!! We, umm very territorial in these parts!
