i won't sell to anyone from PA because i was stiffed for payment by someone from there - he has ruined it for everyone else.
So if you're from Pennsylvania, your out of luck. An entire state- funny. If anyone else has a reasonably priced fixed gear/ track bike for sale (53 or 54cm), please contact me.
