I always try to help on identifying anything on the list questions by
looking in
my library which I did for you straight away unfortunately without any
success.
I know nothing about this make but as the Made in Italy is in English
and
it has Olympic ring transfers (decals) fitted could this be a 1960
Italian export frame produced to coincide with the 1960 Rome Olympic
Games?
Just a suggestion.
