I'd have to agree with the comment regarding this sellers descriptions Dale, it is the same for the OT items that this seller has as well.
I'd tend to think 1984 is about right for this frame given the non-recessed brake holes and the derailleur guides as above bottom bracket braze ons.
I also can't help but wonder why this seller has Australia in block letters specified as a country he will not ship to along with a few others. It seems he'd ship to Nigeria though.........
