The first AX posts were designed to use Tange "Aero" tubing; Columbus, Reynolds, etc. came out later with their own vesions.

I don't think Shimano made a post for the Columbus Air tubing; the tube sets included an appropriate seatpost (and lugs and BB shell) in any case.
