Subject: [CR]Vicini or Galmozzi? Saddle Shaped Lug Cutout Question

I thought the seattube cluster looked familiar...it looks alot like the Galmozzi 1950s ( http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Italy/Galmozzi/Gal_50_bike.htm Anyone know of the seattube log has a cutout in the shape of a saddle? The fork has same design (with the hole) but the headtube doesn't have holes. Is the cable top tube routing in the 50s bike pictured on the side through slots? I think a re-visit is in order for tomorrow! Angel Garcia Verona, IT

Came across a mutt-component of a`bike with all kinds of components that were added over the years. In addition all kinds of decals have been added (including a Columbus OFFROAD tubeset decal). Anyway, the bike appears to b e a `60s with remnants of VICINI on the downtube..but I can't tell if even those remnants (decals) are original. Nice, fancy, lugwork. No cutouts in lugs other than the seatpost lug; it has a cutout in the rear (back) that i s in the shape of a saddle (nose pointed downward). Does this shape ring a bell with anyone?
