Has anyone seen the new dvd on Tommy Simpson, "The World of Tommy Simpson" , produced by Bromley Video (UK)?:
Of course Tommy Simpson is my all-time favourite rider because he's an Englishman who is best associated with Peugeot-BP. All my efforts at bei ng period correct was rewarded once when I was cycling on my PX-10 in full Peugeot-BP kit and passed a Brit out jogging. Without pausing, he cried out "Hey Tommy Simpson!" as I cycled past. Now that is a compliment. And remarkable how Simpson is still fondly remembered coming on forty years after his untimely death.
I believe one of his PX-10s is displayed in the small museum in his hometown. Love to see a photo of that.
