Not much to wonder for my eyes, inspect the RH fork detail, not much rust for what appears to be an old scratch set, can you say Chrome prior? YES.

If the bike came with fenders,I remember seeing bikes from Cino having the eyelets retained, filed in a pleasing way but still attached.

I vote a bike owned for a long time by one owner and maintained as needed, who was not afraid of the wet.

30 years ago there was a black one in Southern California, with a light blue head tube and seat tube panel, its hiding somewhere. That bike had Style.
