A hooky Hetch (hooky = fake).
I do not know the history of the frame, but it is obviously built to fool some and be a fake hetchins.
Fancy hand cut lugs, reynolds tubing, curley stays (looks like actual hetchins tubing). The seat stays are Hellenic and but up under the top tube. Seems quite well built.
Single colour blue, with head badge. Looks like it has never been built up.
It is what it is. Buy it, build it, ride it. have fun, turn heads. have a laugh.
