It would be nice if the Engineer would identify himself as a CR member or not. It's not nice to want something for nothing. I have no problem helping fellow clubmembers. That's why we buy sell, and exchange knowledge as members. It's a give and take that balances out. The CR List is not the United States Information Agency. If the gentleman is not a member than I hope no one gives him the time of day. If he is, but this is his first venture out of anonymity, then I apologize. Knowledge hard gained and shared with friends is not meant to be ripped off. Let's not be enablers, gentlemen. Let people pay a consultation fee, please, or at least make a donation to Dale's costs. How much does an engineer charge for his knowledge, consultation, and service? Doctor? Lawyer? We know as much respectively as they do, free eggs and pickles went off the
bar long ago.
Respectfully,
Ted Ernst
