This one was tig. I've seen several of his fillet-brazed ones, one of them just passed through my hands a couple of weeks ago. Nice work, too. The tig welded one I had was part of a set built for the Wheelsmith Racing Team in about 88/89. Pix can be seen at:

If it's filet brazed, Tom did it.. If it's tig it's probably Japanese!
