I have ordered a large plot at the Feb 5 meet and would like to have all of 'us' in that area. the arena is brand new and the atmosphere should be improved. booth sizes are 4x8 for $30 and 10x20 for $75. I have four of the large ones and will be exhibiing an assortment of historical bikes and equipment. I'd like to again have the 'lounge' with some tables, chairs, food and drinks to share. It would be a geat place to have our own 'meet within the meet'.
Great opportunity to share with the public our branch if the pastime.

I've had the idea for years but have not had the energy and did not get to commit to space in time.
I have some racks and display fixturing to share as well, but need help with ideas and coordination. Too often are we scattered about the meet and sifting through tables of 99 cent innertubes, kuddy wiarn out mountainbike parts,and cheapo trinkets is a tough way to spend a day.
I'd even appreciate someone that might be better at keeping track of who from our persuasion will need space. I have paid for the space and can square up the details of paying later down the path, admission for a body gets paid at the door, and does not come with the booth lease.
