[CR]Freddie Grubb or Sun?

There is a gentleman near Sunderland that has a small tandem frame up for auction on UK eBay. It can be seen at:

He first identified it as a Freddie Grubb and then when I e-mailed, he offered that there was a "ST24" stamped in the BB shell and suggested it might be an early Sun. Not much of a photo, but I wonder if anyone can tell enough to clarify?

Second, it happens to be a size that will work for my wife and I so I'm interested, particularly if it stays cheap. The seller offers pick-up only. Anyone in the UK close to Sunderland that would be willing (with appropriate compensation, of course) to pick it up, pack it and ship it to the States?
