I wouldn't worry so much about the alloy bolts on the rear derailleur so much as I would worry about the derailleur plates being cut away so extensively. My advice would be to save the entire derailleur for show, but put a less modified Campy or a Jubilee on for riding. Or even (Mon Dieu!) use a Suntour Cyclone if trying for light but functional. The drilling is very artistic, but is it perhaps a bit too much for a regular rider?
