Dear list,

In the ever continuing quest to get more stuff out, I offer for sale:

A REALLY nice set of wheels! Here's da particulars:

Hi-E high flange 36 hole rear hub laced to a Saavedra aero clincher rim using 14/15 gauge DT stainless spokes using a cross 3 pattern, dressed with "Avocet Fas Grip 30" 700x20 tire. Rim has a pearl clear anodizing with next to no wear on the braking surface. Straight and true. Axel is for 120 spacing. Freewheel threads are perfect. Smooth as silk. The rubber is like new. New tubes.

And

Hi-E low flange 36 hole front hub laced to the matching Saavedra aero clincher rim using 14/15 gauge DT stainless spokes in a radial pattern, also dressed with an Avocet "Fas Grip 30" 700x20 clincher tire. Straight and true.Smooth as damask (not as smooth as rear, but still very good). NO use wear to braking surface. Rubber like new, new tube.

The front rim has a large "aerodynamic featherweight clincher" sticker on it besides the small "saavedra/ made in Argentina" sticker. The rear does NOT have the larger sticker. Both have "valvola" stickers around the valve holes.

I guess these are from around 1977 to 1980. Came with my Sam Cotton. These are super wheels for a special "go fast" project.

NO quick releases.

Special $125.00 plus shipping gets them to you before Christmas.
