I can acquire a TT Cinelli bike that appears to be in mint shape, were it not for the Modolo brake lever and brake caliper 'gums'. It should be from the mid 70s.
Crank set is Super Record with pantowork bearing the name of the shop that bought the frameset, mainly to have it on display. The deraillers are Shimano, apparently Dura Ace.
Should it be a good bike to ride? And a good buy for 400 euros?
