These have been discuused several times in the past. They were made for Sears in Austria by the company the made Austro-Daimler and Puch. They were indeed 531. Not on the level with a top model 531 bike from Italy, France or England, but probaly the best bike ever sold under the Sears name. At least a couple of list members have these.
