Fred, Beautiful bike. I have a Woodrup Giro tourer from '78. The frame is similar to yours,with the wrap over seat stays and W stamped on the stays, but mine has the brazed on bosses on the down tube for the shifters, and cables guides on the top tube.You have the older WOODRUP decals too. Later they were script. I think your guess of '67 is correct. I called them up a few years ago and they gave me the date of mine. They are still in business in Leeds, but the original builder, who must have made yours, has turned the business over to his son.Mine is a 25" and rides great too.
