[CR]Benelux Mark 8 Tourist pulley cage spring adjustment advice needed

CR, what is the optimal setting for the Benelux Mark 8 Tourist rear derailleur arm spring with respect to the three slots into which it fits in the e coil spring's end cap?? See the three slots in the end cap (lower right) here

which affects the positioning of the jockey pulley cage as you see here, but what is the optimal positioning for that cage?
