Hello CR gang:

I really enjoyed the Baldy ride yesterday. It was a nice group of people, most of whom were on beautiful classic bicycles! ;-) Most of them hadn't done this ride before, but I've been lucky enough to have been riding this route since February, 1982.

My Brooks jersey with Garneau base layer kept me plenty warm, by the way. My Woodrup Giro-Touring performed nicely and looked awesome, too IMHO.

I've posted my pix online, but unfortunately they aren't very good. My dang camera was accidently set to manual focus mode, so almost every shot is out of focus on its main subject matter. That will teach me for not focusing myself!

Since these aren't too good, I will take this particular slideshow offline next week. So check them out now if you want. And if you happen to want a hi-res of any of them, just email me the image number and I will email it to you.

Thanks to everybody, especially the ride's non-organizer!
