If Sugino would make Swiss threaded BB's for Mondia, which they did, French threaded cranks seem probable.

As to French threaded pedals, Baron Corpuz offered very nice Zeus pedals to the list for $10 a while ago. Maybe he still has some, but he, reasonably, wants more for most everything now that he has hauled it over to the US.
