The question I pose here is CAN the entire 6mm come off the freewheel side? There will need to be at least 4mm between cog and dropout, for chain clearance, a little less if a narrow chain is used.

I remember the Nisi Evian alloy rims being fitted to 73-74 Raleigh Grand Sports models, as mine here has those with Normandy hubs. That was catalog spec.
