I have a frameset to sell:

Raleigh International in bronze green with chromed Capella lugs. Original finish and transfers are only fair but the patina level is with in limits for many for a "user". May in fact be a desirable quality for some, depending on intended use. Serial # G43xx 59.5 c-t-t seat x 55.5 top 531DB Frame & fork only, sorry no headset...are straight. Some rust here and t here. Dropout adjusters are broken off, sadly--with some projecting, but only on the "inside" of the dropout. "International" Logos are decent and legible but with small fractions of each letter worn off. The downtube Raleigh transfers are fair: missing half the "a" and most t he "h" on one side, most of the "R" on the other. Chromed headlugs are really pretty good. Interestingly, the lower Capell a lug "point" is a prime example of bike-boom era Raleigh brazing, i.e., containing one good funkiosity: at the tip it is raised nearly one mill imeter. You will either be entertained or horrified by this.

I believe the Capella lugs were used just one year in the early seventie s, but I am forgetting just which year.

If built-up as is, will make a nice daily-driver-type machine that looks impressive enough from several feet away. There are, however, plenty of scratches and some small patches of surface rust. It's sound for riding , could be restored, or use as a still-pretty-nice "weather" bike.

Price = $185 plus shipping. Sorry, but I don't have pictures available due to USB port problems. Thanks for considering giving this frameset a home.

Best Regards, and Happy New Year,
