Merry Holidays all. Here's a little heads up for you.
An old friend has asked me to sell two of his bicycles. I won't go on and on here. If either of them is of interest to you, feel free to email or call me 775-345-2771. They go up on Ebay tonight, but you can look at pictures now. If you need different pics or serial numbers or whatever, just ask!
1. early 70's Mondia Special 55x56 c-c (measured it twice, yep). Campy NR, Phil's w/ SC and Clement 700x25 clinchers. Highly desirable TTT b&s. This bike belonged to his dad ( I will give the new owner the info if desired). Lightly used, it has an unfortunate little ding in the top tube.
2. early 70's ( when else?) Teledyne Titan 57x56 c-c. Campy NR, HF hubs on Nisi "for Professional use only" sew-em-ups. Original forks. I bought it from the original owner over 20 years ago & stored it. My friend bought it from me about 13 years ago and continued storing it. It is in near time capsule condition. It could clean up to show room condition.
Both bikes represent a chance at some choice pre-CPSC campy components, etc.
