Is it necessary to file or sand away any aluminum garbage that forms around a Record hub spoke holes before doing a rebuild? The deformations look minimal but are visable none the less. This is my first wheel build from scratch. (Record 36 hole hub mated to Ambrosio 19 extra aero durex rims.
