Okay, I know this is not exactly high rent stuff, but perhaps some of the more budget minded CR listers could get some use out of these tires. I am tired of tripping over them!
1. Veloflex Paves 700 x 23- The clincher with the tubular feel. Great ride but a bit fragile for my heft. One new all black, 2 used all black, and one used black and tan. (used ones still have plenty of life left). $30 shipped.
2. Continental Ultra Gatorskin 27 x 1 1/4- These tires have a good rep but did not like my Super Champion rims at 120 psi (tandem) pressures. Sort of brownish sidewalls. Maybe 50 miles. A pair for $20 shipped.
3. 27 x 1 1/8" Grab Bag - Two new LHR gumwalls, two used Chen Shing gumwalls, two used Michelin Select gumwalls, $12 shipped.
4. 28 x 1 1/2" IRC gumwalls - Two new ones from my roadster days. Gumwalls in this sizze are hard to find. $18 shipped.
