Racing action at the Vel d'Hiv during the second event between Belgian Jean Aerts and Frenchman Charles Pélissier, 10kms behind pacing tandems. Jean Aerts comes around on the top of the track to take the lead. Aerts would go on to win. From "Match l'Intran" No.504, 10 March 1936.
