[CR]More Pogliaghi - I.D. help needed

Since we are on the subject of Pogliaghi, would you knowledgeable Pogliaghi afficionados please look at these photos and tell me what you think? Please look carefully at the fork crown, the crude method of fixing the seat post, and the engraved signature on the steerer -- does it say Pogliaghi? The rear der. and the crank set are dated 1979.

I got this bike for free, but as you will see from the photos it was horribly neglected. I have never seen corrosion this bad on aluminum components. I was skeptical about it's origin because it has no lugs, however, did Sante do fillet brazed frames during his career?
