Thats what I had mentioned in an earlier post: That frame is IDENTICAL to the frame of the Condor pictured on either the second or third editon of Richard's Bike Book. I will add, that that book's cover was a major inspiration in me getting my own custom-made Condor a couple of years later although mine with its Italia spear-point lugs and satin chrome finsih is pretty utilitarian/minimalistic/industrial looking in comparison.
