Dirk, Depends on the gauge of the wire used to make the tie, whether the wrap was clockwise or counter clockwise and the material used. (Copper wire just did NOT get it done). (TIC)

I've had the 76 german catalogue containing only one PY-10 (named PY-10 "Thevenet") which matches mine. The large side view (unfortunately not available at the peugeotshow page) shows clearly golden SLJs and Mafacs (without(!) brazeons), green 531 decals, tied spokes, etc.
