I have a chrome Rossi with a Rino drive train and a couple other parts. The derailleurs work as well as anything else I've used. The finish could be better, although it's still nicer than a lot of commonly used stuff (like, for example, Mafac). I think that the drilled and partially anodized chainrings are striking.
