Look, you go to your auto paint jobber or your painter, ask to see color chips, and pick the one you like. (this is why I've invested several hundred dollars in the DuPont Spectramaster color chip system and the Sikkens color selector system).

Pantone is for graphics and not appropriate for picking bike frame colors.
