Sure... why not? The Sturmey-Archer "dyno-three" hubs were standard only with the top end Raleigh, Rudges, Humbers etc. and were not usually added to a machine as an improvement since they cost a lot. So if the bike in question has a dyno-three hub and the neat FSU battery pack (high tech '50s British technology from the people that gave us the Comet 1!), it's a top-end roadster. So collectible. You betcha. And proof you can ride and enjoy a bike that weighs just shy of 35 lbs!
