I almost never do this (I can think of only one other time),* but this fellow is one to definitely avoid, in my opinion.
"spector_sales" is his eBay ID - he's apparently just a broker for other people's stuff. I should have been more leery of buying from him (and I take some blame for that), but he sold me a pair of Super Record pedals that are both (!) obviously broken, a fact that was nicely hidden in the auction photo. He now refuses Square Trade mediation, and is in general combative, condescending, and smug about the whole thing. Another eBayer has now contacted me regarding his disputes with this guy....
Looking at his entire Feedback history (now, in retrospect, with even more issues since then), I should have known better! The price of freedom is still eternal vigilence, I guess.

* "trentino61" in Austria, who also goes by "bicicletta04" who also goes by "winnie_01" who also goes by (I forget the fourth ID he has (of the ones that I know about!)) cannot be trusted IMO.... He still owes me $30, which is not a lot, but just enough to be non-insignificant, and he lied to me more than once, which is the one thing I will absolutely not tolerate.
