To use a standard line...."check out the archives" since I believe we've talked about Monte in the past.
Briefly, he was based in Aspen Colorado in the mid-70's, importing the Guerciottis with his name on them.
I don't recognize Eldridge as a racer from that era but I could be missing something. I also don't remember braze on number hangers being standard on Monte's frames
