WD indicates it was built at the Worksop facility - 1978 if I recall the serial number decoding properly. All the rest of it sounds just like Marc Garcia's bike. Discussion on another list has reached the consensus that his is a Raleigh Professional painted up in team colors, with "RECORD" added to the mix. I suspect you have the same model as he does.
