See the photos in the web-link below. Taken at Velo Rendezvous 05. I believe it's a late 50's Frejus, note second photo showing brakes and levers, Balialla (spelling?) centerpulls.
Other listers more familiar with the Mark can fill in the particulars, but, with exception of derailleurs, and maybe stem and rear wheel, most components look original.
