Hi Kurt, Since the seller did not supply the bike's serial number, it is tough to accurately ID the bike as a "1970" as the description states. Just looked at an official 1970 Schwinn catalog, and the P13 includes Campy Black pedals and the "SCHWINN APPROVED" Weinmann centerpulls. Again, I suspect that the Campy downtube shifters were replaced with the Suntour barcons, although I recall these barcons were commonly used on Paramounts (primarily P15s since Campy barcons have a tough time handling a triple crank with a Record front derail.). May have been done at the time of purchase by the Schwinn dealer who sold it??? Regards, Kevin Kruger
