Sorry to rain on your parade, but I'm almost certain those lugs are in fact Italian Nervex copies, not Nervex. If the BB shell is Nervex it'll say so on the bottom - any writing there?

I can't give any evidence other than I have built a lot of frames with real Nervex and have a few sets right now, and the proportions are wrong, even compared to the "Mk 1" photos we just looked at on the '51 Claud.

On the bright side, that's a pretty cool frame. And real Nervex lugs aren't all that great quality-wise, so there's nothing intrinsically bad about your lugs being Italian!
