Subject: [CR]Weinmann levers

Anybody out there in CRland know when Weinmann introduced the levers with the integral quick release? Most of my interest is in 60's bikes, but my next project is of Nuevo Record vintage and I'm hoping these levers (of which I have many) are proper.
