I found bolts that would work by removing the front bolt from a couple of
separate stems. One has a section without threading and the other is threaded.
I'm not sure whether this is better than the skewer I had in the first
place, but unless it pops loose on a pothole, it is more substantial. I've also
emailed Phil Wood for the correct piece. If someone else has them, pls let
