Subject: [CR]For sale; Unrestored 1953 BSA Tour of Brittain

For sale; A complete 1953 BSA Tour of Brittain, complete and unrestored. Size is 21&1/2" CC with a 22&1/2" seat tube. Flamboyant purple with cream white head panel, and seat tube panel. Wheels are BSA highflange Continental Deluxe hubs with Dunlop Stainless Lightweight 27X1/4" rims (40 hole rear/ 32 hole front). Brakeset is Wenmann Hiduminium GB Sports which was only available on cycles sold complete through shops, and not as separate componants. Stem is a GB Hiduminium. with very attractive GB bars. Chainset is a very unusual BSA 5pin, with the outer chainring mounted to the outsideof the spider. Rings are 49/46BSA. Front and rear derailleur, plus shifter are Cyclo Benelux. Bottom bracket and headset appear to be BSA, but are labeled, "Made in Brittain". Seat is a very nice Brooks B-15 Flyer.
