I believe Kool-Stop still make a set of black brake pads specifically intended for Campy holders.
The orange Mathauser "C" pads work well but don't look right. Although I think they are currently out of production, I read recently that some new company was taking over the marketing..........I suppose the pads will still be made by Kool-Stop as before.
