I've found myself in need of the same bit. The problem is that this piece was not used when mounting a Simplex RD using a separate hanger, as opposed to mounting to a DO with integrated hanger, and a lot of used RDs are missing it. I've used the piece from a trashed Simplex on otherwise good ones, but perhaps it doesn't interchange between all Simplex models.
