GanWell is an active Japanese keirin builder. I don't know how long they've been in business. There's a GanWell track bike at Montano Velo in Oakland (shop owner's bike). Jason Montano told me he got it through Euro Asia Imports. Another GanWell was on eBay a few weeks ago.

(that said, I did see a completely beat Masi track bike recently, another messenger bike, so, these guys to go hunting for quality, it seems, sometimes, anyway)
