I'm offering up for sale my 1980 Jack Taylor full dressed touring bike. Get ready for this year's Cirque, where the theme will be touring bikes like this one. The details:

Original condition, serial # 7662. Frame measurements are 24" center-top (60cm c-c) for the seat tube, top tube 23" (58.5cm) center-center. The racks on this example carry the same serial number as the frame. Currently has 27" wheels mounted, (Weinmann Concave rims built on Phil hubs with Campy skewers); the wheels turn true with no hops. Can accept 700c wheels with minor brake pad adjustment. Campagnolo crankset, seatpost, headset, Brooks Professional saddle, Cinelli old logo stem, Cinelli new logo bars. Mafac canti brakes, Phil CHP pedals, Huret Duopar(Ecopar?) non-Ti version rear derailleur, Campy front. Beautiful stainless steel fenders. This bike is in excellent condition, no dings or dents anywhere. There are several scratches on the non drive side chainstay, paint and boxlining are in exceptionally good condition. Email me for additional info or pictures as needed. The bike is shown on the top of this page: http://www.theracingbicycle.com/Touring_bikes.html

I need to make room for a bike that's on its way here but currently hung up in US Customs ( I hope they're not looking for black tar horse in the frame tubes) and to finance other obsessions, so I'll sell it for $1900 including shipping within the continental US.
