Ray, Is spot on on with this one as always. This is a bit of an old chestnut which keeps appearing. Seem to remember I and a load of others have answered this one before. I emailed Cinelli catalogue scans to some interested parties. The Super Corsa & Pista had Reynolds 531 butted tubes main triangle with Columbus double-butted forks and rear stays. The Super Corsa could be had in SPECIAL ENGLISH FINISH, that is fully chromed front forks, chromed rear ends and four chrome rings on seat tube. They also advertised this model as having streamlined forks which I take it to mean was what we became to be known as a Cinelli fully sloping fork crown. I only ever saw Cinelli's in this English finish and would be interested to know if the normal finished ones had a Cinelli sloping crown? This would be circa 1958-62. W.P.Newtons sold them locally to me way back then. They were one if not the most expensive frames then. Thanks Ray and take care. Mick Butler London.
